Internal examinations at our clinics primarily serve to assess the patient’s condition before surgical procedures and to determine the associated surgical risk.
Since our clinic also provides cardiology and angiological care, a patient’s preoperative condition can be evaluated from three perspectives: internal medicine, cardiology, and angiology.
As part of preoperative preparation, patients can undergo any necessary cardiological or angiological examinations at a single facility, significantly shortening the diagnostic process. This eliminates the need for visits to multiple clinics, as all required assessments and additional tests can be completed in one day at the same location.
At our clinic, we are able to simultaneously evaluate the patient’s preoperative condition across three specialties and determine:
Internal risk (e.g., nutritional status, diabetes management, coexisting liver disease, etc.)
Cardiological risk (e.g., history of heart attacks, heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, etc.)
Vascular risk (e.g., risk of thrombosis and embolism)
Based on this comprehensive risk assessment, we can determine the optimal preoperative preparation for each patient.
